Dear guests,

We want you to have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please take time to read the house rules.  Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund in accommodation.

Only limited number of people may use the accommodation facilities. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room/apartment.

All guests must ensure the allocated facility is returned in the same condition as at time of occupation. In the event of any damages the guest will bear the expense of appropriate rectification.

Any damages or breakages MUST be reported immediately. All accommodation facilities are expected to be kept tidy and presentable at all times. Crockery, utensils and/or furniture must NOT be taken from one room/apartment unit to another. Missing inventory and any damages or breakages will be charged and deducted from the deposit accordingly.

RM50.00 refundable security deposit per room and RM100.00 security deposit per apartment/conference room is required upon check-in. The said deposit will be refunded provided the room/apartment/conference room is left in an acceptable condition and/or there is no violation of our House Rules and T&C.

• Inappropriate clothing, alcohol consumption, smoking and or use of any kind of drugs are not permitted under any circumstances anywhere in the premise.
• Cooking is not allowed in the room/apartment/kitchen. No consumption of food is allowed in the bedrooms.
• Barbeques are not permitted on the premises and anywhere in the compound.
• The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables. The management will not be responsible for any loss.

Please vacate the room prior to 12:00 hours and return the room key on the scheduled check-out date. Later check out is subject to room availability.

Please observe silence from 12:00 midnight till 07:00am. Acceptable and appropriate noise levels must be maintained at all times. The management reserves the right to evict the persons/group that does not observe the rule of silence from 12:00 midnight till 07:00am. If noise continues to be an issue after this warning, guests in question may be evicted with no refund of accommodation. • Gate will be locked from 12am-6am for security reasons

It is understood by way of this notice that the guests and their legal guardian acknowledge, understand and agree to all the above House Rules as outlined on this document. The management of Stella Maris-Retreat Centre reserves complete discretion when interpreting and implementing the House Rules for the purpose of protecting its assets and the safety and comfort of all guests. It is further understood that breach of the House Rules will result in immediate eviction with 100% cancellation charges for remaining nights.
